Naša očekivanja, a vaše obaveze:
Student Conduct:
- The participant is required to arrive on time for classes.
- The participant is required to actively engage in the training process, demonstrate a sufficient level of knowledge for passing as assessed by the school, and comply with other school requirements related to discipline and knowledge.
- The participant is required to respect deadlines set for homework, final projects, and any other deadlines established by the school.
- The participant is required to behave respectfully toward instructors, school management, and fellow participants.
- The participant must not insult or humiliate instructors, fellow participants, or school management on racial, religious, sexual, or any other grounds.
- The participant must not attend classes under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, or drugs.
- If instructors notice that a participant’s test scores do not align with their classroom performance, homework, and quiz results, the school reserves the right to conduct an oral examination.
- The participant must not share any course materials (video recordings, presentations, or other materials) with others.
Attendance:
- In case of an emergency or urgent situation preventing attendance, the participant must inform the instructor and school manager. A scanned proof of the reason for absence must also be provided. The school reserves the discretionary right to determine whether the absence is justified.
- A participant may be absent a maximum of 2 days per month, or 4 days during the entire course duration.
- In case of absence, the participant is required to catch up on lessons and homework from home within 7 days after returning to classes (including non-working days), following the method provided by the instructor.
Revocation of Participation Rights:
- If a participant neglects their obligations as outlined above, the school manager is required to revoke their right to continue attending the course.
- If a participant provides false or incomplete information during the application process, the school considers this grounds for dismissal.
- The school reserves the right to terminate a participant’s training if it determines that the participant in any way disrupts the normal conduct of classes, affects other participants or instructors, fails to comply with the school’s code of conduct, or otherwise harms the reputation of the school.
Reciprocity:
- IT Bootcamp is provided to participants as a donation. In return, participants are expected to help their peers find employment and training opportunities when possible, and to participate in future initiatives of the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation.
- Employment data of participants is of key importance for donors and for replicating the project. Participants are expected to promptly inform the school management when they secure an internship or job in the IT field.
